Intellocracy

All currently existing forms of human governance are based on intellocracy, the rule and even tyranny of the more intelligent over the relatively less intelligent. I write tyranny because intellocracy is indeed a tyrannical regime, including hence so far developed liberal democracy. Therefore intelligence needs to be recognized as one of the vertical analytical categories alongside race, gender, sexuality, class, species etc. The Nazis murdered the Jews because they were extremely envious of the achievements of Ashkenazi Jewry which has 10 points higher genotypic IQ than ethnic Germans. The animal industry exists because the relatively much lower intelligence of non-human animals is deemed justifying doing just about anything against non-human animals, no matter how atrocious. 

The universal school system privileges the more intelligent since the relatively more intelligent learn faster and thus are able to perform their homework and receive higher grades and gain access to higher education which is denied to those with relatively lower IQs. This is clearly disadvantageous to human genetic groups with relatively lower genotypic IQs. Thus in the United States most Blacks are in effect barred from higher education. Blacks remain disadvantaged by the educational system in post-apartheid South Africa which privileges Whites on account of intelligence. Whites have 25 points higher genotypic IQ than Blacks in South Africa. Men have 5 points higher genotypic IQ than women which largely explain patriarchy in addition to women being less psychopathic than men. Class difference in income is largely explained by differences in intelligence. The more intelligent set the levels of income for the various professions and always pay more in professions where typically employees are relatively more intelligent. 

However, this must not be reduced to some metaphysical class struggle of the less intelligent against the more intelligent such as the Jains, Parsis and Kerala Christians of India. Ashkenazi Jews are on average far more successful than Whites despite being widely discriminated against by gentiles. 25% of managers in the United States won’t hire Jews. Oppression on account of intelligence goes both ways as both those genotypically more intelligent than the normative group and those genotypically less intelligent than the normative group are subjected to discrimination and oppression.
