Psychometric massmatching for obvious reasons needs to be organized and funded by the government. Optimal matching requires that one body organizes all testing (including odor preferences, somatic preferences and general psychometric profile) and that has to be run by a government authority tasked with promoting fertility. However this is compatible with private dating sites and could make those businesses far more effective. There are different reasons why people seek an intimate relationship, it could be marriage, cohabitation, an additional partner, a temporary encounter, realization of a sexual fantasy or something else. Privately-owned dating sites could partner with the government fertility agency and so dating sites could use the database and it should even be possible to add additional apps to enhance searches. Even if people can find optimal matches in the Fertility Agency database, this could be significantly enhanced by apps provided by dating websites.
