Yarsanism

Multiple observers in the history of the study of Yarsanism have suggested a Jewish origin for Yarsanism. Kissing doorposts is a Jewish custom in Yarsanism which also exists in Alevism and Yezidism. There are many commonalities between Yarsanism, Alevism and Yezidism underscoring the single historical origin of all nine denominations of core Median Median Judaism.
