Situation, Logic and Consequence

The Supreme Court of Israel has decided to hear eight petitions against ”the unreasonableness amendment” to one of Israel’s basic laws. The prime minister has already opined that it is essentially illegitimate for the court to hold such a hearing since according to his view judicial review does not extend to basic laws. Thus if the Supreme Court strikes down the amendment, then a constitutional crisis is reality leading with high probability to civil war and quite possibly to the fall of the third temple. This is why a military coup d’état is imperative once there is a constitutional crisis and subsequently the imposition of a new constitution where Israel is defined as a Jewish and Liberal state rather than a Jewish and Democratic state. It is essential that the constitution prohibits theocratic political parties of any religion. New elections should be held as soon as the new constitution is in place. The Israeli Deep State would be particularly well-advised to act accordingly.
