With tens of millions of Median Jews immigrating to Israel will there be a critical shortage of persons with higher education in Israel. Although the ratio of graduates from institutions of higher education is relatively high in Turkey as it is an emerging economy, it is of course substantially lower than in highly economically developed Israel. There will be tremendous demand for university graduates in Israel as the vast majority of Median Jews are not graduates of higher education. This creates an opportunity for Western Jewish Aliyah (immigration) to Israel. Western Jewish professionals should be actively recruited in the Diaspora for professional positions in Israel. They would receive intensive Hebrew training immediately after arriving in Israel in order to make it possible for them to work in their respective professions. Israel could in principle recruit hundreds of thousands and even millions of Western Jewish professionals to Israel.
