Don’t Be a Sore Loser

Mr. Erdogan would be particularly well-advised to try to respect the upcoming election results and not be a sore loser. His fate and that of his fellow travelers in the AKP elite may in fact depend on that. There is of course a wide range of actions that Mr. Erdogan may undertake from questioning the election results to instigating civil war. Not that Mr. Erdogan or his associates would be ”martyred” – no but they could be imprisoned indefinitely and the Muslim Brotherhood, the AKP and Islamism generally could be outlawed and torn into shreds.
