The New Defeatist Narrative

There is in international discourse dissemination of a new narrative according to which Israeli counter-terrorism operations do not prevent terrorism but are actually the cause of terrorism in something falsely described as ”the cycle of violence”. This of course is utter nonsense, the more terrorists Israel jails or kills the less terrorist attacks. Many hundreds of terrorist attacks have been prevented during this wave of terrorism. But below the surface is there something else, namely the notion that the mighty Israeli army cannot defeat less than 1 000 Iranian-paid mercenary terrorists in northern Samaria. This is completely illiterate. Israel is the world-leader in counter-terrorism and has defeated every terrorist campaign waged against it since 1948.
