Israeli Victory is an American Interest

The US generally supports Israel in its wars but as a rule seek to prevent Israeli victory. This has been a general pattern since 1973. This is rather strange since Israeli victory is conducive to peaceful outcomes. The US needs to reassess its own unproductive behavior which perpetuates instability. Yes, it is true that Rafah needs to be evacuated before it can be liberated, but it must be freed from Hamas terrorist tyranny and so must the entire Gaza. Why is a liberated Gaza an American interest? Because this will be considerably more stable and peaceful than any possible alternative.
