Pretexts for Terrorism

Anti-Zionism is not merely as its etymology indicates opposed to the Zionist movement, it seeks the destruction of the restored indigenous Jewish nation state and its usually unstated agenda is the annihilation of 7 million Israeli Jews. In addition to all that Anti-Zionists maintain all kinds of pretexts such as claiming that today’s Flag parade in Jerusalem “could lead to violence”. This claim is both curious and racist since it deprives the presumptive perpetrators of the actual violence of their personal agency. They become mere reflexive automata whose actions are “automatically” triggered by Israeli purported “provocations”. In fact the Anti-Zionists want violence against Israel and do encourage violence against Israel and the violence does not occur because of Israeli actions but because of Anti-Zionist incitement. What then about Israeli ostensible “provocations”, do Israelis engage in provocations? The only Zionist Israeli who is known to publicly engage in political acts intended to provoke Palestinians is Kahanist Member of Knesset Itamar Ben-Gvir. The claim that Israel engages in “provocations” is yet another Anti-Zionist libel. The Flag parade is about celebrating happiness about the unity of Jerusalem and is in no way intended to offend Palestinians and Muslims. If some Palestinians take offense at the flying of Israeli flags in Jerusalem then that is their problem, a provocation it is not because the truth is that what really offends them is the very Jewish indigenous demographic presence in the land of Israel. The opposition to flags with the Star of David is just a pretext for terrorism.
