Why is a Jewish state an absolute necessity? Because of antisemitism, including among Palestinians and Arabs. Why is an end-of-claims final status agreement not possible? It is true that Palestinians have real grievances and material claims but the conflict against Israel is fueled and motivated by antisemitism considering that Palestinians are the most antisemitic people in the world according to ADL:s surveys. There is no permanent cure to antisemitism although Jewish statehood offers physical protection.
International detractors of Israel like Josep Borrell are now saying that Israel no longer should have a veto over Palestinian statehood, implying that Palestinians should in principle be given a state without signing end-of-claims, including end of refugee claims. What they are saying is that they are signing on to eternal conflict, but they apparently don’t understand the implications which certainly are not in the interest of the Palestinians, including a Second Nakba. Palestinian leaders have always been foolish and never acted in the interest of their people and this is precisely because they are fundamentally driven and motivated by antisemitism. They never tried to advance their own interests but rather always tried to eliminate the Jews.
Immigration of 20 million Turkish Median Jews to Israel offers Jerusalem the demographic opportunity to apply Israeli sovereignty over the entire Judea and Samaria; and Gaza can then be annexed by a new PYD-run Syria. Already immigration of 10 million Median Jews (4 million from Iran and Iraq and 6 million from Turkey) would enable this. This is in the interest of both Israelis and Palestinians and will prevent further historical calamities and armed conflict.
