The AfD victory in Saxony-Anhalt pushes the question whether the same thing could happen in the rest of Germany, including in federal elections and the answer is that it probably will because German immigration policy is out of sync with public opinion in Germany and there are tremendous problems with immigrant integration and subsequent mass segregation. The AfD also addresses the meeting of modernity with Islam which is not playing out favorably in Germany, not for segregated Muslims and not for Germany as a whole. These are political questions that leave the German electorate profoundly concerned about the demographic future of liberal-democratic Germany.
There is an urgent need to bravely cut the Gordian knot and stop nearly all non-EU immigration to Germany on the successful model of Sweden and Denmark, both respected liberal democracies. As in those countries, the integration deficit is tremendous in Germany and poses a significant threat to the constitutional order in Germany, perhaps not in the short-term but certainly in the long-term as the segregated population grows both demographically and in Islamist discontent. This will protect German democracy from the dual threat of the far right and the Islamists, both significant threats to the post-war constitutional order in the country.
There is no time to waste or else the AfD juggernaut will continue to grow in strength until it captures the majority in the Bundestag which it certainly will unless mass immigration is put to a definitive end. The time to act and the time for leadership is now. The mission is no less than to save your country from the potent internal forces threatening the liberal-democratic constitutional order.
