Zoroastrianism is a form of Median Judaism. It is not part of core Median Judaism but as other forms of “secondary” Median Judaism is Zoroastrianism derived from core Median Judaism. Zoroastrianism has Kohanim but no Levites. Like other forms of Median Judaism beyond core Median Judaism is it highly syncretic. While it could be argued that Christianity and Islam are essentially also forms of Judaism, their adherents were officially branded as non-Jewish due to their practices of religious imperialism, this howevever never happened with the Zoroastrians. The Zoroastrians should be officially recognized as Median Jews and be granted the right to immigrate to Israel under Israel’s Law of Return.
