Enfranchising East Jerusalem Palestinians

Israeli annexation of 4 million Median Jews (Alawites and Druze) of Syria and Lebanon and the immigration of 3-4 million Median Jews (Yarsanis, Alevis, Yezidis and Zoroastrians) from Iran and Iraq will enable Israel to redeem and enfranchise the entire Judea and Samaria. East Jerusalem has since 1967 been under Israeli sovereignty with Palestinians there having the status of permanent residents with the right to individually apply for Israeli citizenship. However, this will change when Israel redeems and enfranchises the entire Judea and Samaria as East Jerusalem Palestinians too will be granted Israeli citizenship. Israel applying sovereignty to the entire Judea and Samaria will also be revolutionary for Palestinian Muslims of Judea and Samaria as they will gain automatic access to al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem at all times, something which they no doubt will very much warmly welcome. Israel should also promote urban planning in East Jerusalem and replace most current random unplanned buildings beyond the Old City with high-rises in planned blocks built with Jerusalem stone.
