Implement the IHRA Definition

“Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.”

Example from the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of Anti-Semitism

Many governments (including the European Union) have formally affirmed and endorsed the IHRA (International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance) definition of Anti-Semitism. Yet most of those governments continue to fund and legitimize organizations that promote bigotry that constitutes Anti-Semitism as per the IHRA definition. Such funding is provided both domestically and internationally. E.g. most organizations in Palestinian civil society are Anti-Semitic according to the IHRA definition as is the Palestinian Authority itself. Many governments continue funding domestic organizations, particularly Islamist organizations, that are Anti-Semitic as per the IHRA definition. The German federal parliament has determined that the BDS movement (which is Anti-Semitic according to the IHRA definition in calling Israel an apartheid state) is Anti-Semitic. Organizations whether at home or abroad that promote Anti-Semitism in violation of the IHRA definition of Anti-Semitism must be granted neither financial support nor political legitimacy. Governments that endorse the IHRA definition must fully implement it and make it an integral part of the struggle against Anti-Semitism.
