Direct Diplomatic Relations Between Derin Devlet and the Israeli Deep State

Do direct diplomatic ties between the Sabbatean-controlled Derin Devlet and the Israeli Deep State already exist? If they don’t, then both parties would be particularly well-advised to establish such a relationship. It is not only that they have much in common, both parties could benefit quite substantially from a direct relationship without having to go through the Tevel.
