The Palestinian fertility rate in Judea and Samaria and the Israeli Jewish fertily rate have presently found a temporary equilibrium at little more than 3 children per woman on average. The Palestinian fertility rate has been declining for decades from 9 children per woman in the 1950s and with current trends will the longterm decline continue as seen in fallen fertility rates in Turkey with 2.07 children per woman on average, Saudi Arabia with 2.32 children per woman on average, Iran with 2.14 children per woman on average, Qatar with 1.87 children per woman on average and the United Arab Emirates with 1.41 children per woman on average. The Western world has long since universally experienced negative fertility rates and this has arrived in Muslim countries as well and may well reach the Palestinians if long-term trends continue indeed.
