The Destruction of Islam

Islamism [Islam-ism] is one of a series of modern totalitarian political ideologies along with Afwerkism, Ba’athism, Communism, Fascism, Gaddafism, Kahanism, Nazism and Slorcism. Islamism is essentially supersessionist in that it seeks to replace the traditional world religion of Islam which it deems corrupt and depraved. While Islamism may seem similar to Islam on the surface is it fundamentally different. The project is astonishing, to destroy the pluralistic traditional world religion of Islam in whose name Islamists purport to speak and replace Islam with the rule of a neo-medievalist totalitarian ideology. It is indeed paradoxical that Islamists seek to destroy the traditional world religion of Islam and simultaneously claim to speak in its name. So far have we not seen a global movement among Muslims to reclaim Islam and counter Islamism but this may be coming. For how long will the Ummah (the worldwide Muslim community) tolerate that their traditional world religion of 1.9 billion is usurped by an illegitimate neo-medievalist modern totalitarian political ideology?
