Palestinians are the most Anti-Semitic population in the world. 93% of Palestinians in Judea/Samaria and Gaza are Anti-Semites and no less than 28% of Israeli Palestinians deny the Holocaust. The perception towards Jews is overwhelmingly hostile among Palestinians. The Palestinian narrative denies thousands of years of Jewish history in the land of Israel prior to Zionism, it denies that Jews are descended from the Israelites, it denies that the Jews are a nation of their own, it claims that Jews uniquely among the nations have no right to self-determination, it denies the right of Israeli democracy to define the Israeli state as the majority pleases, it denies the existence of Jewish ethnic groups and denies that the indigenous Jewish nation is indigenous to the land of Israel. The Palestinian Authority’s pro forma recognition of Israel has no substance as the PA explicitly does not recognize the legitimacy of the Israeli state.
This raises the question as to why Israel should be in a hurry to do the Palestinians any favors considering the Palestinian consensus that Israeli Jews must be deported from Israel to other countries? Israeli attempts to appease the Palestinians certainly do not decrease their hostility against the indigenous Jewish nation. If anything, Palestinian hostility against Jews and Israel has increased ever since the beginning of the Oslo process and beyond.
Even the US government recognizes that a two-state solution cannot be attained yet holds out for an impossible return to the Auschwitz borders despite this endangering Israel’s existence and the PA being opposed to an end-of-claims final status agreement since they insist on flooding Israel with millions of Anti-Zionists and thus turning any two-state solution into a transitional fiction. This is an impossible equation.
The only path towards real reconciliation is that of coexistence and the historical rediscovery of core Median Jewry less than a decade ago opened the potential of mass Aliyah (immigration) to Israel of tens of millions of Median Jews from the Middle East and beyond. This will demographically permit Israel to redeem and enfranchise the entire Judea and Samaria and for Jordan to subsequently annex Gaza and thus end the Palestinian problem.
There is real coexistence between Jews and Palestinians in Israel and this will be extended to Judea and Samaria as well once Israel applies sovereignty to the entire Judea and Samaria. This opens the way for real reconciliation.
