Israel Borders Iran

What we are witnessing is truly surreal. It is becoming ever more clear that Lebanon has ceased to exist as an independent nation and is now merely an Iranian protectorate. Iran is currently carrying out two faux negotiation processes with its two archenemies, Israel and the United States, through proxies. The negotiation process with Israel is intended to justify attacking Israel and commencing what will be war between Israel and the Iranian Axis in order to deter Israel from attacking the Iranian nuclear weapons program as Iran believes that the US is already fully deterred and contained. Yet, this so-called “negotiation” illustrates the harsh reality that Israel now borders what is de facto Iranian territory. There are only two explanations for Israel’s diplomatic behavior, either is the Lapid government as naive as the Biden administration or else are the Israelis also pretending to negotiate in the full knowledge that Iran will never conclude a border agreement with “the Little Satan”. In either case are the Israelis at least nominally showing good will and trying to avoid a completely unnecessary war, which is turning out completely unavoidable.
