Malley will not Change the Khomeinist Weltanschauung

The current academic paradigm in Middle Eastern studies assumes that dialogue and cooperation with Islamists is feasible, practical, realistic and desirable, in other words is appeasement of totalitarians the predominant theory of action. The ruling mullahs in Tehran understand well the mindset of useful infidels like Rob Malley and how to diplomatically exploit it. The current idea in the Biden administration appears to be to focus on confidence-building measures to demonstrate “the good intentions” of the Biden administration. This ignores completely the Khomeinist Weltanschauung which is based on the idea that the US government is controlled by a Jewish conspiracy and that the US superpower itself with its soft power and hard power constitutes a Jewish “octopus” controlling the world with its tentacles. The current Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi prior to being elected president disseminated copies of the notorious Anti-Semitic forgery “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”. To believe that vile Anti-Semites can be cured from their Anti-American conspiratorial Anti-Semitic worldview with confidence-building measures, i.e. appeasement, is not only naive, it is utterly incompetent. The notion of the United States as the “Great Satan”, i.e. the hidden Jewish conspiratorial disseminator of corruption, is absolutely central to the Khomeinist Weltanschauung.
